What are our shipping times?

Delivery is expected in 4 working days if the item is available.

If the item is to be produced, delivery is expected within a maximum of 15 working days .

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Martegani Factory Store distributes only in Italy as we were born as a Store of our Martegani factory at super exclusive prices.

Is in-store pickup available?

You can choose in-store pickup at checkout. This delivery method is free .

Can I buy an unavailable product?

All our products can be purchased even when they are not in stock. In this case the product will be put into production and shipped within 15 days.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order directly from your account

if you are unable to do so, you can write an email to our address customerservice@rm1891.com to which you forward the order to be canceled and an IBAN on which to re-credit the payment made.

What if I receive the wrong product?

You can contact us at our email: customerservice@rm1891.com attaching 3 photos of the wrong item and your order.

Do you offer exchanges for defective items?

Should the Products sold by Martegani present manufacturing defects or in any case any presumed lack of conformity, the Customer will be required to contact the online assistance, by e-mail or by post, at the addresses indicated below:

Can I return a customized or non-stocked product?

It is not possible to return a personalized product (where the customer has chosen the material, the color or the embroidery).

It is not possible to return socks and shoe care accessories.

On the other hand, it is possible to return the products purchased NOT in stock.

You can buy our leather care products online or in our store.

How do I customize my product?

You can customize your product by entering your request at checkout and you will be contacted by phone or email by one of our managers.
